Chris Harding
Meet Chris Harding, founder and director of HAWK & ARROW. Chris has a formidable background in the live performance and entertainment industry, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality, food & beverage and fashion & retail industries.
In a career spanning nearly 20 years, Chris's experience has encompassed being an accomplished musician, DJ, bartender, manager, brand co-ordinator, chef and fashion designer.
He's traveled the world as a musician and chef, seeing him take to some of the greatest musical and culinary stages. In the lockdown of 2020, with both entertainment and hospitality industries in dire straits, Chris founded the successful luxury fashion brand, House of Harding, catering to celebrity and executive clientele with stockists throughout London.
His broad and in-depth, in-the-field experience is the cornerstone of the service provided by HAWK & ARROW.
Chef Saito
Chef Saito is a world-renowned, award-winning, Japanese Chef and Wagyu Beef Master. He began his culinary-rich career in Tokyo and has worked in, and owned, some of the finest restaurants in Berlin, Madrid, London, Oxford, Cambridge and Tokyo. He has won notable world competitions and owned one of London's best Japanese restaurants in the luxe borough of Chelsea.
Chef Saito is the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage consultant at HAWK & ARROW. He oversee's concept development, menu design, site location, key member recruitment & staff training, supplier selection, operational management and turnaround & brand strategy.
He has lent his skills and knowledge to of some of the most exciting new concepts all over the world, working directly with restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, chefs and discerning investors. His guidance has seen their vision come to life and led to their ultimate success.


Nick Harding
Nick Harding is the Chief Administrative Officer - the eye for detail - at HAWK & ARROW. Nick started his professional career as a performer and musician with a background education in business management.
Along with his brother Chris, he has traveled the world with music. In his expansive musical career, he has worked directly with the world's largest music promotors, creative agencies, artist management and labels. He has assisted in successfully steering grassroots and burgeoning artists through the tumultuous landscape that is the entertainment industry.
Accompanying his experience in music, Nick has been the head booker and talent commissioner for successful live music events and venues in London and has thorough knowledge of reservations management, bookings, ticketing and floor plan optimisation and a deep respect for customer service.
